- Print off your receipt and place in with your clipper. Failure to include will slow up your service.

When sending equipment, please make sure it is clean and free from hair. Failure to do so, will result in a £10 cleaning charge.
To avoid damage, wrap your item well and place in a box or padded envelope.
Turnaround Time
Please ensure you include a copy of your order when sending, otherwise failing to do so will slow up our turnaround promise of between 4-7 days. During our busy times of September and December we can take up to 10 days to return your items.
